The Thai peanut is my favorite out of these. It has a nice long shelf life and is a great and low guilt addition to chicken or any veggie saute you feel like making. Add some fresh peanuts, or ship and a veggie pasta and you have a great meal. I’ve used the pesto in my Sunday omelet, added some vinegar to turn it into a salad dressing, or had it with butternut squash noodles. Or just enjoy it on a slice of bread and add your favorite cheese!

I went Classic Pesto, and let me share, my husband really doesn’t like anything green aside from pesto & avocado; most certainly not Kale. He had absolutely no clue, and will never know. This was a great addition to our weekly pasta and even make a pesto Chicken with it. Delicious!
