WHAT IS LOCAL, SUSTAINABLE?
Our dishes are all based with delicious local produce from NJ, NY and PA as much as possible. We believe in higher nutrition quality which happens not only by growing organically but also sourcing as close as possible. By sourcing from local farms, you ensure a better quality in taste, nutrition content, and healthier growing practices. Large farms have to use pest management, etc. to keep up with demand. Our farmers are growing the best produce with minimal to 0 pesticides. Once a plant is plucked from it’s life source, the nutrient content begins to deplete. By providing locally grown produce, we are ensuring you more nutrition due to less travel time!

We flip the script of your usual menu options by making everything based with these powerful plants. MEAT LOVERS don’t fret! Though every option starts off plant-based, it is just the start! You can add any of our carefully sourced (by BONE-IN FOOD) grass-fed beef, chicken, eggs or sustainable fish options. Now you can have it all!
HOW LONG WILL YOUR FOOD LAST?
We GUARANTEE a minimum 5 DAY shelf life on all food.
Certain foods last longer. Here is an overview of items that last longer than 5 days:
CASHEW MILKS: 7 DAYS
HUMMUS: 7-10 DAYS
MUSHROOM SLIDERS: 10DAYS
BUFFINS: 7 DAYS IN REFRIGERATOR, 4 MONTHS IN FREEZER
BUFFIN MIX: 6MOS-1 YEAR
NUT BUTTERS 6 MOS-1 YEAR
MATCHA DARK BARK: 6 MOS-1 YEAR
CAN I FREEZE MY FOOD?
YES! Certain items freeze very well for up to 4 months and others (think salads) not so much.

HOW DO I REHEAT MY FOOD?
Remove your food from the containers and place in appropriate (oven safe or microwave safe) dish. For best quality, we always recommend using an oven or stovetop for reheating but we understand convenience is important so we recognize that as an option as well!
For a soup, chili or curry reheat: Place food in an appropriate size pot. Place on medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring intermittently until warm throughout.
For bakes, frittatas, pies: Preheat oven to 350*F. Place into a small, walled baking pan. Bake for 15-25 minutes or until brown and warm throughout.
Microwave: Place in a microwave safe container and cook for 2 minutes, stir and place back in for 1-2 more minutes or until hot throughout.
