For over a decade, I’ve dedicated my career to healing others through food. My approach is uniquely informed by a Bachelor’s in Dietetic Nutrition and refined as a Certified Chef of Culinary Medicine from the Natural Gourmet Institute. This foundation allows me to translate complex nutritional science into delicious, vibrant, organic, and anti-inflammatory meals.
