Busy Bee Organics provides prepared meals, baked goods, beverages, and related products for pickup, delivery, and subscription services. Everything we make is prepared in small batches, with an emphasis on quality, freshness, and meeting dietary needs when possible.

All products on our website are subject to availability and may change at any time.

2. Eligibility

To use our site and place orders, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payments are processed through third party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

4. Subscription Services

If you subscribe to a recurring meal plan or product:

• Your subscription renews automatically at the interval you selected
• Charges continue until you cancel
• You can update or cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates. We do our best to meet them, but things like weather or carrier delays may occur. Once a package is delivered to your address, it becomes your responsibility.

Make sure you provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays or misdeliveries.

6. Food Safety

Our products are made in a commercial kitchen that also handles common allergens. While we follow strict safety practices, cross contamination is always possible. If you have a severe allergy, please use your best judgment when placing an order.

7. Refund Policy

Because our products are perishable, all sales are generally final. That said, we always want you to feel taken care of. Refunds may be issued on a case by case basis in the following situations:

• Your order arrived damaged or spoiled
• You received the wrong items
• Your order never arrived
• There was an unexpected issue caused on our end

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos when relevant. We aim to make things right as quickly as possible.

We cannot issue refunds for:
• Preference based returns
• Mistakes in address entry
• Items not stored properly after delivery
• Requests made outside the 48 hour window

8. Cancellation Policy

One time orders

Orders can be cancelled up until the cutoff time listed on the product page or checkout page. After the cutoff, ingredients are already in prep, so orders can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once a billing cycle renews, that cycle is considered active and cannot be refunded. To avoid the next charge, please cancel before your renewal date.

9. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Third Party Services
